Our baby Brenda has just reached her first birthday landmark. ,She was nonplussed by her big day, not knowing what the fuss was about but the gift sent by members of her sponsor family in the UK gave her something to chew on! ,Brenda shares her birthday with Brenda Groves, a great friend of our charity and our Papa and late Mama, since way back in its earliest days. ,Brenda and her husband Red are frequent visitors always bringing many essential items gathered between visits, and many members of their family have visited too and sponsor children. ,One of their granddaughters, Chloe, is a trustee and treasurer of the charity. ,The children sang happy birthday to both Brendas, but the younger of the two was more interested in her Teletubbies LaLa which we know will bring her hours of pleasure ! ,Happy birthday to them both.
