Our Happy House family is delighted to welcome Phil Marshall back to Watamu.
Phil, vice-chair of the trustees of our charity, Children of Watamu, has swapped the cold Yorkshire winter for a little sunshine — and we couldn’t be more pleased to have him here.
While he’s enjoying a much‑deserved break, he’s also looking forward to catching up with all our family, both at home and in school.
Phil has timed his visit delibrately to coincide with the end of our financial year, it’s a crucial period when our accounts must be completed for our UK accountants — where we are registered with the Charity Commission — as well as for our Kenyan records.
Phil will be working closely with our own team to ensure everything is accurate, up to date, and in order.
We are forever grateful to Phil for giving up his precious time to support us in such an important way. We hope the work goes smoothly, and that he still finds plenty of time to relax, unwind, and enjoy being back with his Happy House family in the sun! Welcome back Phil.
