For over two years, My Little Zen has been bringing the magic of yoga to Happy House, and it’s become a much-loved part of our week.
The children have embraced it wholeheartedly – they are now confident, curious, and keen young yoga enthusiasts.Yoga has helped our children grow stronger in body and mind, bringing calm, connection and lots of smiles.
