Today we are back with Diana, who is spending this special time between finishing school and starting college helping out in the Happy House kitchen.
With a bit of free time on her hands, she’s more than happy to support our dedicated cook, Uncle Michael — and he is delighted to have such an eager helper.
This morning, Diana has been busy helping to make fresh bread. She’s kneading and shaping the dough under Uncle Michael’s watchful eye.
Later in the day, these warm, homemade rolls will be served to the family alongside a delicious soup made from our own home‑grown vegetables — a true Happy House favourite. It’s wonderful to see how confidently Diana is taking onthe task how much joy she brings to the kitchen.
Her willingness to help and give back during this in‑between phase of life is something we are incredibly proud of.
With Diana and Uncle Michael working side by side, the Happy House kitchen is filled with energy, learning, and the comforting aroma of good food being made with care.
