Musyoka was one of the very first children to come intothe care of Happy House when we opened as a children’s home in 2010.
Just a little boy himself, he was the eldest of three siblings who, in those early days, clung together for comfort after experiencing great hardship. Musyoka and his younger brother, Francis, wer repatriated to their family some years ago and are doing well and working..
Their younger sister, Mwende, is still in our care and in her final year of school.
Musyoke spoke seriously to our family at the reunion, telling those now in our care never to take for granted Happy House and all it provides.
Llife is tough beyond its gates but Happy House is providing them with the education and skills to survive in a tough world.
Musyoka said he will always be grateful to for his time at Happy House and to all the sponsors and donors who make it happen.
Happy House, he said, will always be home to him.
Pictured with Papa Dave are Musyoka, Janet, Daniela and Margaret.
