Elizabeth and James spent a lovely morning looking through their memory boxes — and what a joy it was!
Full of cards, drawings, letters and little treasures, their boxes hold some of the most special moments from their time at Happy House.
With big smiles and a few giggles, they took turns showing each other their favourite keepsakes. These little items may seem small, but to the children, they mean the world. Each piece is a reminder of love, friendship, and the many happy moments they’ve shared.
Papa Dave says the memory boxes are a way for the children to hold on to their personal stories — a collection of loving items from sponsors, visitors, and family. They remind the children just how much they are cared for and how far they’ve come.
Elizabeth and James are grateful to everyone who has helped fill their memory box with so much joy. It’s a simple but powerful gift that keeps the love going.
