Our Happy House has always welcomed visitors, we are delighted that many, have travelled from distant countries, want to come to meet our family.
They have always checked in with our gate staff and at the office but now we have an extra measure to ensure that our staff and children know whether the people they see are official, contractor, relative or a visitor.
As our director, Auntie Rose, explains they will be guided to check in digitally with their name and will be given a lanyard to wear for the duration of their time at Happy House before handing it back when they check out.
This system will not only be a huge help for our staff but is also an extra security measure.
