Having just finished his college plumbing course, Jonny is now waiting for his exam results. He’s optimitic that he will have done well. ,One of the first young people to have been in our full time care at Happy House he is now living in our newly opened Hatch House, which provides shared units where over 18s, unable to support themselves, can live until they can support themselves financially. ,Having legally to leave care at 18, we had to provide somewhere for young people to live until they finished education to raise money or training and are earning a wage to live in the community. ,Jonny, along with twins Tumani and Gift, are sharing our furst bungalow and we are now desperately trying to raise money to build more units bu the time we have more who reach 18. ,Now he not at college Jonny is working at Happy House in the maintenance department and this week has been preparing the wrought iron fencing for for repainting.
