At Happy House, we believe in nurturing not just the minds of our children but their bodies and spirits too.
One of the most loved activities, as abdul tells us, is regular yoga sessions, which have become an essential part of their routine.
Yoga was introduced to our children by My Little Zen, a wonderful not-for-profit organisation dedicated to bringing yoga into communities in developing countries.
Their mission is simple yet powerful: to make yoga accessible by providing everything needed to deliver online sessions — free of charge.
Through these sessions, our children have discovered the many benefits of yoga. It helps them relax and focus, improves their flexibility and strength, and teaches them the importance of mindfulness and breathing.
More than just exercise, yoga brings emotional well-being, helping them feel calm and confident in their daily lives.
We are deeply grateful to My Little Zen for their generosity and commitment to spreading peace and wellness. Thanks to them, yoga is now a joyful part of life at Happy House—a practice that will stay with our children for years to come.
