Girl talk times are special indeed

Our warm-hearted Happy House social worker, Aunty Elina, often spends special time with our older girls.

She gathers them together for regular chats — times to talk, share, and support one another.

The girls always enjoy these times with Auntie Elina. She listens, guides, and makes sure everyone feels heard.

This week’s talk brought lots of smiles and laughter, as they spoke about growing up, dreams for the future, and how to take care of themselves and each other.

There is a warm and relaxed feeling at these meets. The girls are able to relax, be comfortable and open as they are happy to be in a space where they can speak freely.

Auntie Elina has a beautiful way of making everyone feel special, and it shows in the trust the girls invest in her and her counsel.
