Erick made the most of the time he had before going back to school by helping in the Happy House garden.
He enjoys gardening and was happy to help in the the greenhouses where work was on to prepare the ground for planting a new crop of vegetables.
Our children enjoy fresh vegetables every day, so the more we grow the less they cost to buy.
It also means they go straight from garden to. kitchen, so they’re about as fresh as can be.
