At Happy House, there are many people working hard behind the scenes to make sure our children have a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. One of those special people is Charo, affectionately known by the children as “Uncle Charo.”
Uncle Charo is a skilled maintenance man and talented carpenter who has been a valued member of the Happy House family for many years. He takes great pride in his work and is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it is needed. His dedication and commitment help keep our facilities in good condition, ensuring that the children have the best possible environment to learn, play, and grow.
Recently, Uncle Charo has been working on building new tables for the children. Over time, many of our old tables have become worn out and are now beyond repair. Rather than letting this become a problem, Uncle Charo has been using his carpentry skills to carefully craft new tables from scratch. Piece by piece, he is creating sturdy and practical furniture that will serve the children for years to come.
For Uncle Charo, this work is more than just a job—it is a way of contributing to the Happy House mission and making a positive difference in the lives of the children. Every table he builds represents his care, dedication, and desire to support the Happy House family.
