To mark the end of the school term, we transformed Happy House into our very own disco. As the music started, the glow sticks came out and soon the room was filled with bright colours, dancing, singing and plenty of laughter.
From our youngest children to our oldest, everyone joined in. Some showed off their best dance moves, others sang along to their favourite songs, and a few simply enjoyed waving their glow sticks around with huge smiles on their faces. It was wonderful to see everyone having so much fun together.
The children have worked incredibly hard throughout the school term, so this was a chance to forget about revision, exams and homework for a while and simply enjoy being together as one Happy House family.
The simplest pleasures create the biggest smiles. A few glow sticks, some great music and a room full of happy children made for a wonderful way to get into the August school holidays.
