Papa Dave, Auntie Rose and our family were thrilled to welcome Benedetta and her wonderful family to Children of Watamu Happy House.
They travelled all the way from Italy to spend time with us, bringing not only smiles and kindness but also generous gifts for our children.
Together with Silvia, Francesco, Camila, Giovanni, and Gianmaria, they donated t-shirts, shorts, and towels, which will make a real difference to the children in our care.
They heard about us from friends in Italy who had visited recently and immediately put us on the list of places to visit. Word of mouth plays a big part in helping to generate support for us and Papa Dave asked the family if they would tell their friends about us as well.
It was a pleasure to have them with us and to share special moments together.
We thank them for their kindness and for taking the time to visit the children. Their support means more than words can express and all their gifts will be put to good use as and when they are needed.
Thank you to them all for visiting and we hope they will come back to see us again before too long.
