Confidently looking to the future

Rose has been in the care of Happy House for almost all her life and she is as loved by as much as she loves our family.
She is now just a year away from a future beyond, working hard at school to be be able to go on to college or university.
And she is grateful to Happy House, and to the lovely people who sponsor her, for making sure that she is ready for all the responsibilities that come with independence.
Our young people, like Rose, learn the importance of financial literacy as well as being able to cook for themselves and others and how to launder and look after their own clothes.
They can confidently take care of every day tasks because they have been taught to by their Happy House uncles and aunties as well as by their teachers.
We look forward to seeing where Rose will go in life we are proud of her now and know she will do her best to continue to make us proud.
