It was pancake day at the Happy House when some of our children got to work in the kitchten alongside our volunteers Sabrina ans James.
Making enough for everyone in a family as big as our own is a pretty tall order but they worked their way through turning out perfect pancakes with a savoury and nutritious filling.
And after the hard work comes the reward – a delicious dinner!
